Ann Gish Luxury Linens

Editorial and Print Design for a Luxury Home Textile Brand

Skills Used
Print Design · Editorial Design · Publication Layout · Production Design · Brand Systems · Photo Retouching

Project Objective
Ann Gish has been designing and manufacturing luxury bedding and home textiles since 1987, with showrooms at the New York Design Center and High Point Market. The brand produces an annual trade catalog — an important sales tool — distributed to interior designers, showroom buyers, and retail partners. The goal was to design a publication that functioned equally as a detailed product reference and a brand statement, while maintaining consistency across a co-branded collection produced in partnership with The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

My Role & Process
I have provided ongoing print and editorial design for Ann Gish across a multi-year engagement. Working within the brand's established visual framework, I took full ownership of the catalog in years two and three — selecting and sequencing photography, managing layout across 150 pages, and preparing press-ready files. Each collection opens with a full-bleed lifestyle spread, followed by detailed product pages with numbered callouts, SKU information, and Met collection context where applicable.

Beyond the catalog, I designed seasonal mailers, a showroom event poster for the What's New What's Next trade event at the New York Design Center, and retail packaging inserts for sheeting.

Additional work includes co-branded hangtag and package insert production for The Met x Ann Gish collection, and ongoing photo retouching for catalog and web assets.

Ann Gish produces an annual trade catalog distributed to interior designers, showroom buyers, and retail partners. The catalog is an important sales tool with 150 pages of product photography, collection introductions, and detailed SKU information, designed to function equally as a reference document and a brand statement.

Seasonal mailers introduced new collections and product lines to the trade audience, extending the catalog's visual language into a shorter direct mail format.
